Most Atlassian Marketplace add-ons are now supported on iOS, Android, Desktop, and Mac apps. It goes without saying, Smart Checklist is one of those.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you excited about adding and viewing checklists via native apps? We are &#8211; that\u2019s why we wrote a step-by-step guide to help you get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using Jira Smart Checklist on Android<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s take a look at how you can view Smart Checklists on Jira for Android.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Smart Checklist on Jira mobile. Choose the board and the task you attached a smart checklist to.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step #3<\/strong>. Scroll down the task &#8211; there\u2019s a Smart Checklist button next to \u201cPriority\u201d and \u201cAutomation\u201d sections.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step #4<\/strong>. To tick the checkpoint when the stage is complete, tick the square next to the task. The checklist point will be in strikethrough <s>like this<\/s>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To see more status update options, tap on the arrow in the task tab. There, you will see all project status types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Smart Checklist add-on comes with a convenient in-line editor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tool supports a markup editor as well. To open it, choose the pen icon at the top of the screen. Then, you will be able to edit the checklist using markup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case you forgot which symbols Jira Smart Checklist supports, be sure to check our <a href=\"https:\/\/railsware.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/CHK\/pages\/90636343\/Formatting+Guide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Formatting Guide<\/a> to refresh the knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To import a checklist using templates, choose the \u2026 icon and go to \u201cImport from template\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, choose the template you want to attach to the task, and that\u2019s it &#8211; you\u2019ve got a brand new checklist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: if you haven\u2019t installed the Smart Checklist plugin, make sure to do that before integrating it with the mobile app.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a short guide on setting up Smart Checklist for Jira from scratch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find <a href=\"https:\/\/marketplace.atlassian.com\/apps\/1216451\/smart-checklist-for-jira-enterprise?hosting=cloud&amp;tab=overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smart Checklist for Jira<\/a> on Atlassian Marketplace.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201cTry it free\u201d and select the type of Jira tools you are using &#8211; Cloud, Server, or Data Center.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose the project you want to integrate Smart Checklist with. To import a checklist from a template, click on the three-dot sign. Choose Import from the template and enter the name of the template you want to import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way, you can automate the process of adding new checklists to the task and save your team a lot of productive time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using Jira Smart Checklist on iOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Viewing Jira checklists via iOS is no rocket science too. Here\u2019s how you can see your workflows via the Jira Cloud-native app for iOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step #1<\/strong>. Log into your Jira account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step #2<\/strong>. Choose a task in the project window.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step #3<\/strong>. Scroll down the project and choose \u201cSmart Checklist\u201d in the sidebar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step #4<\/strong>.
